The Basics of Jewelry Making:

Great for beginners through intermediate jewelry artists, this class will leave you with the skills to create necklaces, bracelets, earrings and maybe even a few things more, if you use your imagination.
This class will cover professional construction and repair techniques, leaving the student with a knowledge of jewelry making that is anything but basic. You will complete three projects. All materials are provided, so you need to bring only your imagination and glasses if you wear them! $65.00 fee. Students are also granted great discounts on any additional supplies they wish to purchase after class.

Wire-wrapping Simplified

For the student who prefers wire work to stringing techniques, this class covers all the special skills required to construct a linked wire wrapped necklace or bracelet.These techniques are an essential must-know for anyone who wants to excel at jewelry construction.
$40 fee covers materials and lesson. Students will complete a wrapped bracelet and pair of earrings.

Simple Earrings

Fun for every budget! This quick class teaches two wire wrapping techniques for earring construction along with details on all the options available for both pierced and unpierced ears. Students will make three pairs of earrings. $20 includes materials. (Extra fee for Sterling or Gold-fill earwires, for the customer with sensitive skin.)

Wire-wrapping II - Coiled Anvil Work Necklace / Hammered Coil Earrings

Typical wrap techniques are taught in our Basics class. These classes are much more interesting with hammers and anvils and fun coils and groovy results. Students will complete one set eighteen inch necklace with a Sterling silver coil centerpiece, with Turquoise drops in the necklace class, fee $65. The Earring Class will complete two pairs of hammered coil earrings in sterling silver, fee $25

Wire Wrapping III - Cuff weaving

One of our most fantastic wire classes ever! Make a stunning beaded wire cuff, so darn groovy , you’ll want to make 10 of ‘em! You will use a hammer and anvil in this class so be prepared for some noise. $65 fee covers all materials, one hour of instruction. This piece is made with heavy gauge Sterling silver wire.

Framed Art Pendants

You may have seen these amazing pieces coming from Venice, Italy. Well, we have been making them for years, honey, and we have the best techniques ever. You pick the art, we’ll show you the magic! This is a no-solder project, students will be able to do more of this artform at home without buying any tools. $45 fee covers all materials to make three necklaces. Economy version available, one necklace for $25

Dichroic Pendants

A four hour intensive class on fusing Dicroic glass for pendants. This fun and challenging afternoon will give you the skills to cut glass, design and create pendants ready to use in necklaces, earrings and bracelets. Students will leave with between four and eight finished pendants.
We will be working with glass , cutting tools, grinders and a kiln. You will be required to wear safety glasses. (provided)
$150.00 covers all materials. No glass skills are required. Four students maximum per class.

We also off a Mini-fusing class. This shorter, simpler version includes precut glass pieces, so students may have immediate gratification and take their pieces home later that day. This class is posted once a month on our calendar. Check our Calendar page for dates. Fee $50

Precious Metal Clay:

PMC is the hottest trend in jewelry making. Now you can make pure silver jewelry without the jewelry bench. In this class you will learn to use syringe clay, slip and lump clay. You will make three projects, clean and fire them during the class. We then tumble the pieces overnight for a high shine. Your finished product is 99% pure silver jewelry. $165 includes syringe clay, lump clay and synthetic gemstones for inset firing. This is a four hour class, maximum of four students.

Alternative pricing option: Bronze clay class $125. Includes lump clay and stones only. No slip or syringe clay. However, the lump clay is a larger quantity, allowing for several projects.

Woven Glass Bracelet

These simple techniques give beautiful and complex results. Students will have two different weave patterns to choose from. A fun and challenging project that can be completed in under an hour, this $35 class comes with bead materials and a Sterling Silver clasp.

Memory Wire Bracelet

Memory wire comes in tight coils that retain their shape even with heavy beads on them. The result is fabulous over-the-top jewlery that is one of a kind. This class includes an exclusive selection of our highest quality beads, Sterling Silver and Vermeil to create a result that is simply luxurious. $60 class fee. Economy version available for a $25 fee.

Memory Wire Ring

This fun class is a miniature version of the bracelet class. We love memory wire and all the different ways we have seen it used. Come try this technique for a fancyful ring at just the right price. Fee $15

Rosary wrapping Class

Whether for praying the Rosary, or making gifts for loved ones, this class will hone your wrapping skills and leave you with a lovely Rosary that will last a lifetime. No more poorly made strands that come apart in your hands, this is a properly wrapped project. Stone beads, $45 fee, or choose from our large selection of glass beads, for an economical choice, at $25.
